How is Epilog laser price structured?

Quotes are itemized: cabinet + source wattage + optics package + software + accessories + service agreement. Educational and OEM-integration discounts are reviewed case by case; no MSRP is published online because final price depends on source wattage and regional freight/customs.

What is the typical lead time on a Helix 24 or Fusion Pro?

Stocked configurations ship in 2–4 weeks from Golden, Colorado. Custom fiber-wattage builds of a FiberMark S2 or dual-source Fusion Pro 48 typically take 5–7 weeks.

Do you certify used Epilog laser units?

Epilog offers a factory-refurbishment program on Helix, Fusion, and Fusion Pro chassis returned through authorized dealers. Units are re-tubed, re-calibrated, and re-issued a serialized test sheet. Grey-market used Epilog laser units (e.g. from Craigslist or auction) are not covered by the factory warranty but may be eligible for paid evaluation at the Golden depot.

What's included with an Epilog laser mini purchase?

The Epilog Zing 16 ("laser mini" class) includes the cabinet, 30 or 50 W source, air assist pump, exhaust port, Epilog Suite driver license, and a 2-year source warranty. Rotary attachments and fume extraction add to the line item.
