These terms govern use of epiloglasersystems.com and the purchase, operation, and service of Epilog Laser products.
Last updated: 2026-01-15. By accessing this website or purchasing any Epilog laser product, you agree to the following terms. These terms do not replace a signed purchase contract; where a signed contract exists, that contract prevails.
Epilog laser systems are Class 2 laser products registered under US FDA/CDRH 21 CFR 1040.10 and compliant with IEC 60825-1. Operation must conform to ANSI Z136.1 (US) or equivalent regional laser-safety standards. Removing, defeating, or modifying the Class 2 safety enclosure transfers the full regulatory responsibility to the operator and voids the warranty. Epilog is not liable for any injury or property damage arising from operation outside the documented safety envelope.
New Epilog laser systems ship with a 2-year factory warranty on the chassis, optics, and laser source, extendable to 5 years on CO2 tubes via the Premium plan. Consumables (lenses, mirrors, air-assist pumps, filters) are warranted against manufacturing defect at time of shipment only. The warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, un-ducted exhaust, unauthorized tube replacement, or processing materials outside the Epilog Materials Library (notably PVC, chlorinated plastics, and reflective raw aluminum on CO2 platforms).
All content on this website — product photography, technical diagrams, specification values, recipe data — is the property of Epilog Laser Systems unless otherwise credited. Redistribution for commercial purposes without written consent is prohibited. Epilog Suite driver software is licensed per-machine and may not be reverse-engineered or redistributed.
Published pricing ranges, lead times, and product specifications are for reference and may be revised without notice. Final quotes are issued through authorized distributors and constitute the binding offer. No online MSRP is published; quotes depend on source wattage, regional freight, customs, and service plan selection.
Epilog laser products may be subject to US export controls (EAR) and the destination country’s import regulations. Laser sources over certain wavelengths/power classes may require an export license. Purchasers are responsible for compliance with all applicable export and re-export laws.
Epilog’s liability under any warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective components, at Epilog’s option, and shall not exceed the original purchase price of the affected product. Epilog is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost production, lost profit, or third-party claims arising from equipment downtime.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of Jefferson County, Colorado, except where local consumer-protection statutes apply.
Epilog may update these terms at any time. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
